Not technically, but some of the phrasing used could be too close for comfort for some (being repulsed when having sex, feeling like scrubbing their skin off after etc.)

Fairly neglectful parent, but the child doesn't seem to be too disturbed by it all or to doubt his parents love at all

The credits roll on a continuation of the previous scene (shot of a neighbourhood street, characters leaving). There are no post-credits scenes

There's a lot of shouting, and at one point Charlie punches a wall in frustration, but no physical violence towards each other.

Nicole complains of being gaslighted by Charlie throughout their marriage, although we don't really see this happen in the movie

There is a mention of abuse in Charlie's childhood (Adam Driver's character) but it's not described in any detail or shown onscreen. Charlie and Nicole's own child is loved and cared for by both his parents, and doesn't seem especially stressed by the events of the film.

A character is (jokingly?) described as having had an addiction to "Tums", and addiction itself (to alcohol mainly) is mentioned and implied in a way that is meant to demean and discredit

It doesn't show any serious alcohol abuse but there is some discussion around whether Nicole drinks too much. There are lots of scenes of casual drinking and she is drunk enough to stumble on the stairs one time.

It's a little misleading to say there's cheating in this movie. There's a brief reference to cheating that has happened prior to when the storyline begins in the movie. It is discussed for less than minute.

Charlie accidentally makes a long cut in his forearm with a box cutter. I wouldn't call it self-harm because it is clearly accidental, but it could be triggering.

[SPOILERS] Mixed. The couple isn't getting back together, but it ends showing that they can get along as co-parents. It isn't a light and happy movie but it isn't tragic either.

There is just one scene with a lot of blood. It's near the end, during the visit with the social worker. Charlie accidentally cuts his arm with a box-cutter knife and it bleeds a lot; he passes out but he's fine. [SPOILERS] For more detail about when it happens: Charlie's son asks him to do his "knife trick" several times, but Charlie refuses. After the son has gone to bed, the social worker asks about the knife trick, and Charlie demonstrates. This is when he accidentally cuts himself. For the next few minutes we see a lot of blood as he pretends he's OK, tries to bandage his arm, and then passes out. Then the scene cuts to something else.
