a character states that their foster parent used to assault and abuse them and other foster children. None of this abuse is shown on-screen, and although it is referenced a good few times, its not described in detail
there is one sex scene and one almost sex scene, that are both consentual and initiated enthusiastically by the woman (though the vibe with the guy is very much being-taken-along-for-the-ride, he frequently just kinda stops to stare at her so while he doesn't explicitly consent, the intent is that she takes the reigns and he loves that about her). characters kiss and get into position before anything happens and scenes are easy to skip/look away from without missing important information
I wouldn't say "jokes", a presumed cis male character does crossdress and is comfortable crossdressing, passing as a woman often and not appearing to be upset by it at all. some viewers that find these jokes funny might be amused by it, but the story is very neutral on it
it's arguable either way and the movie doesn't take a noticably strong stance on it. Cop and FBI agents are portrayed neutral to positively, with some instances of them being unkind to prisoners, but the film doesn't paint them as heros or villains and doesn't touch much on ideology. Not painfully copagandic, but also not trying to be particularly honest about it either
death of a mother character is shown and occurs halfway through the movie. though with the twist of the film, that death is technically false and the character visits their real mother at the end

a character reveals she is pregnant later in the film, though its unclear if she's lying or not. There's no emphasis on logistic or pregnancy tests and the movie isn't long enough for her to look pregnant at all. it does come up often after the reveal though. The character also seems to drink alcohol while 'pregnant', though that could be a hint that she's lying. Technically, the pregancy isnt real because at the end its revealed that the character herself isn't real
spoiler: a character calls another character "dumber than a box of crayons" i think, and the general vibe you're supposed to get is that this character is a naive sweet southern boy. in the twist its revealed this was an act put on by the character, part of their plan to conceal their real identity.
a mother character is terminally ill and her condition is vital to the first half of the story. She stays in bed at home and is taken care of by her son until she dies halfway through the film. with the twist, its implied none of this really happened and the son characters visits his mother, alive, and while needing medication she doesn't appear to be as ill as the first depiction and her illness may not be terminal.
no jokes, but a character does say "fat f**k derogatorily about their abuser, and he (plus another prisoner, also not portrayed positively but his body isn't mentioned) is the only fat character in the movie (granted, out of a cast of roughly 6 other reoccuring characters, but still)
its arguable?? a black fbi agent poses as a prisoner, upping his black accent and calling his inmate "blood", which another black agent remarks as weird and teases him for later (which the original agent shuts down). I can't say for sure, but since theres no other votes for this film im leavong this here just in case. Marmalade also has manic pixie dream girl vibes, though less "dream" as her mood swings and unpredictable nature aren't romanticized. she also gets more manipulative and less put together as the movie progresses, but in the twist its revealed that she's not even real. again not sure it counts as misrepresentation fully.
