A sexual assault is discussed when Erik accuses Knut for wanting to sexually assault a woman. No act of assaults happens or are shown, or talked in detail.
No domestic abuse happens. A child is killed in the ending by a possessed zombie-esque creature. The same child spits out blood and some of her teeth due to evil energy present in the village.
After being possessed, a Russian soldier kills himself. The act of self-harm isn't shown but another soldier says he harmed his own wrists out of fear. His body is shown after he has died. Near the end, Knut is shown doing something that's later explained was him tearing part of his skin off. You see Knut doing this from the front, his expression and acts imply something is happening but no damage to him is shown.
An older child (teen or older) is left to her own devices in a basement and it's implied she dies or kills herself in there. In the ending, a younger child is seen attacked by a ghost/monster but her fate isn't shown. It's implied she dies as well.
While passing the swamp, Knut sees a ghost in the distance. When he moves the ghost appears closer to him with a loud sound. Another sudden loud moment is in the village after Knut goes into the white building. A human like creature (possibly ghost) appears in there suddenly. At the end when Erik enters the sauna there's a jump scare and during the same scene, there's a jump scare with the girl leaving the village.
A female ghost is heard moaning. No sex scenes are present. Cis men are seen naked during a scene in the sauna, when Knut bathes in a lake, and in the ending when Erik faces possessed Knut.
No teeth are shown broken or being damaged. In one scene, a single clean teeth is placed on Knut's mouth by a ghost/other. Later, a child is hurt by the ghost/bad energy in the village and her mouth bleeds. A couple of her teeth fall out in the blood.
Yes, but it's later explained the child in question does it to amuse herself. She's a girl acting as a boy when first introduced. The main characters assume she's a boy due to this and later learn from the village elder she's a girl. She isn't misgendered after this.
A Russian soldier is confirmed homosexual in the ending. He dies after this and it's implied he comes back to life as a possessed zombie-esque creature. How he dies isn't shown. He's alive in one scene and his assumed body is seen again later when he comes back to life.
Erik is shown to be homophobic towards a Russian soldier, assuming he's interested in Knut. He does this to mock the soldier, but it's later revealed he is in love with Knut. Religion is talked at length; the setting is around the time Finland was converted to Christianity and both Christianity and local pagan beliefs are talked in rude tones (mostly by Erik).
Unsure. The Russians drink tea and later the same tea is offered to Erik. It's not said whether the tea contains alcohol, but Erik spits it out after tasting. It's possible the tea contains alcohol.
Due to the setting, there's no running water or modern showers. Two men are shown in sauna bathing and later a man bathes in a lake. The lake scene only shows the end as the man comes out of the lake and dresses up.
After being possessed, a Russian soldier kills himself. The act of suicide isn't seen. His body is found later face down in the house he killed himself in.
In the ending Knut is possessed and it's possible a Russian soldier was possessed by him. Earlier, another Russian soldier is either possessed or so terrified of the ghost he kills himself. It's not confirmed which is the case.
