Loud barking of a dog 25 minutes in, and then screaming (maybe at the dog) but no dog is visibly seen. Could just be a dog barking.

In the beginning of the movie, after they arrive at the house, the pizza box is full of bugs. No other bug scenes until the end.

[SPOILERS]
it’s revealed that the protagonist forcibly took a child away from her mother, and the child ended up dying. you also hear the mother and child screaming for each other as she is taken away. not exactly parental abandonment in the traditional sense, but very upsetting.

A character attempts to make their spouse believe that they are crazy despite experiencing the same supernatural phenomena. They eventually confess to lying.

Supernatural-style stalking. Also a shop detective follows Bol around a store as he looks at clothing.

He places a hand over her mouth (it felt very tense and like something worst could happen) whilst having a heated discussion and then tells her she is sick. He then goes to remove all the window handles and door locks with a hammer to keep her inside. 1 hour 4 minutes in she tries to unlock a door, he goes to grab her, and then she stabs him in the leg with the screwdriver and escapes out of the window.

Mention of self-harm cutting to mark oneself out as a member of a tribe, old scarification marks are shown. 49 minutes in Bol has a knife held to his throat by [spoiler]. 1 minute 15 minutes in Rial is also offered a knife to cut Bol's body. 1 hour 17 minutes in Bol is shown to have lightly slit across his elbow, and blood drips. 1 hour 22 minutes in the apeth's throat is cut.

No, but there is a scene later on where a decomposed mostly skeleton body has one eye and it moves to stare directly at the camera.

Most of the film is centred around the death of their daughter at sea. There are moments where you can hear her saying "i can't swim" calmly as her father has a supernatural encounter.

There is a brief scene where Rial comes across Bol where he looks in a trance and has wet himself a bit. He was stuck in a lucid dream and it's implied to be a fear wetting. Prior to this this, there is also a scene where Rial is putting things away in the kitchen and you hear the sound of urination - she looks out the window & sees a teen girl pulling her underwear up, she had been peeing in the front area of the house as it had a tall fence. In neither case you do actually see the urination happening.

No but in the first few moments of the film the couple walk past a room where (presumably) another refugee is being physically detained and struggling; there are bloodstains and scrapes on the floor.

The chewing/eating noises are pretty loud when the characters eat. If you have misophonia, it will definitely bother you.

A moment when Bol is alone near the beginning of the film where he hears a loud noise and then has a PTSD-related anxiety attack where he hears (presumably) the sounds of the refugees on the boat earlier. Lots of screaming and noise. Many more anxiety attacks for very reasonable reasons, mostly tied in with PTSD from daughter's death, but also supernatural things.

There are 'people' in the walls. Faces, arms, hands, things. Skittering noises in the ceilings. Rial climbs out of a small cupboard 1 hour and 8 minutes in.

A character cuts themself to appease a supernatural entity. Another character makes reference to scarification they performed on themself. While it served both a practical and decorative purpose for the character, it may be triggering.

1 hour in there is a slowly flashing light shot for a second. 1 hour 3 minutes there is flashing light of the thunder and lightning over the sea where Nyagak drowned, but only for 2 or 3 seconds. 1 minute 20 there is slowly very faintly flashing lights behind the scene. I would not say any of it is actual strobe, but is slowly flashing lights, but still please be careful if you are watching!

No, but the south sudanese couple's daughter dies first. That said, most of the film is centred around this couple and there are but a few white people in the film as background/supporting characters.

Beginning of the film in detention they walk past a man being restrained on the floor, with blood smears visible. 43 minutes in Bol cuts himself on something in the wall and leaves a blood smear from his hand on the floor. 1 hour 8 minutes in Rial is having a dream where they are back in south Sudan and we see a room where Bol goes to rescue Rial and she was in a room full of murdered women (minimal blood but implied). 1 hour 22 minutes in the apeth's neck is slit with a knife.
