Not in the traditional sense, but Drakov has his daughter mind controlled to do his bidding by fighting and killing others. So there is a familial power imbalance there.
The Widows literally have every aspect of their lives controlled through chemicals and intense physical/emotional torture. I wouldn’t necessarily call this gaslighting.
Sort of. A pig is forced to stop breathing (mental control, no physical harm is done to it) and passes out after few seconds. A moment later is awaken and unharmed.
Not onscreen, but there is mention that the girls who became "Widows" had their entire reproductive systems removed; a character references it in fairly graphic detail.
The entire Red Room crashes, and it is presumed some of the soldiers from the Red Room died in the crash.
Later, in the post-credit scene, we see Yelena visiting Natasha’s grave stone after her death in Endgame— which was caused by her falling off a cliff, but that isn’t shown in this movie.
A bit more blood/gore than other MCU films, but not to the level of movies such as Deadpool. See "does someone break a bone" and "is there blood/gore" for some more details.
The (apparent) death of one school-age child is more-or-less shown (not graphic, a building explodes), and the past deaths of many girls are discussed.
for my highly sensitive/ easily triggered autistic people, there is a Sia song in this movie. If you're autistic you probably know what Sia did and how it could be upsetting for some.
No miscarriages or abortions but the widows are forced to have hysterectomies and therefore cant have children. May still be triggering to those who cant have children/lost a child etc.

The first Widow to die on-screen (by forced suicide) is a woman of colour. There is also a brief shot in the opening credits sequence implying a black girl dies in a surgical procedure.
The movie itself does not have a sad ending. The post-credits scene is at a grave (revealing/reminding that a character is dead) and is very sad. It is not a lingering maudlin scene however, as drama soon follows
at the beginning of the movie while the family is trying to flee by plane, a few cars crash before they take off EDIT: there's another one when natasha leaves her camper because the power went off EDIT AGAIN there's another one and i left the theater cause of a panic attack so if car crashes trigger u don't see this movie lol
(SPOILERS) While driving, Natasha is suddenly hit by another car on a bridge and nearly knocked off the road into a river. In another scene, Yelena and Natasha are driving and are once again suddenly hit by another vehicle, knocked into an underground train station with Yelena injured.
