This one is tough. Someone is forced to do disgusting things to save his children so there is definitely mental manipulation but not exactly gaslighting. If you were ever forced into traumatic situations this may be triggering to you.

Right at about 3 or 3 1/2 minutes in there's a pretty graphic dead animal on the side of the road. But it is just a quick flash of it.

There is rape and you see a nude woman running frantically away as the clown chances her fully exposed. There is also a scene where the clown forces himself on a woman's severed head. You later see that they sewed a vagina over where her mouth would be. It's very disturbing.

Several. And at one point a fetus is cut from a pregnant woman and they dance around with it while the umbilical cord is still attached. Another shot shows two kids with gunshot wounds to their heads.
