No, but the song "These Babies Gonna Bring You Home" sung by lil C has lyrics "Tie me down and probe me like an enemy soldier" which could imply this. It's a metaphor within a song, so it doesn't happen to anyone in the game but it is dubious in its implications. She's also shown in the dance to be implied to be doing lewd acts at gunpoint (the guns are plastic and it's all for part of a spectacle).
Depending on the player's choices, multiple family members may die. The news about family deaths are only conveyed to the player by word of mouth, they never see nor describe to see them die in person.
On Day 8, school bullying is critically discussed during a school play. The bully is implied to want to bully another character physically, but never does.
On Segment 1 of Day 232, one of the interview partners insults the others various times, implying they have a "tiny penis" while gesturing one with his pinky finger
Several scenes of security/police grabbing, holding or pinning down people. ("The Heatwave," "The Uprising," and "The Sterility") Handcuffs are used on screen in one ending.
Depending on player choices, a major character may - though metaphorically - sacrifice their life for the preservation of real news, protesting the downfall into meaningless entertainment, on Day 296.
On Day 8, some of the guests have a musical number, and in one segment of it there is a domestic violence scene. It is clearly a parody of extremely on-the-nose special episodes about domestic violence, complete with one of the actors saying to the camera, "Hitting women is wrong," as the "father" character raises his hand as if to hit the "mother" character, before the scene ends.
A tortoise is implied to be dead. In one ending, a character accidentally kicks a hamster, and it is implied that the hamster died. Both are played for laughs.
There's a dead tortuous, and in a commercial for crazy neal he says he's selling dogs to eat on Christmas during a nationwide famine. Both are played for laughs
A pet tortoise is implied to be dead. In one ending, a character accidentally kicks a hamster, and it is implied that the hamster died. Both are played for laughs.
The player character's son can die when he's about 17, depending on player choices, before or after "The Uprising." Described through text, not shown. Later the player can visit the boy's grave. Similarly, the player's daughter may have a child who is stillborn (between "The Uprising" and "The Sterility," described vaguely through text.)
After "The Lockdown," the player character wakes up in a hospital. They also can visit their daughter in the hospital between "The Uprising" and "The Sterility." No medical procedures are shown/described.
A main character attempts suicide with a firearm on screen at the end of "The Heatwave" (or in another variation, what appears to be suicide by cop.) The player can cut to the ads before it actually happens. One variation of "The Finale" has a suicide bomber.
Since this is an in-universe television broadcast being filmed live, some sequences have a lot of camera movement, especially in the more violent scenes.
In-universe: characters frequently address the camera (as it's a live television broadcast) and on a few occasions they will talk directly to the player character, Alex. I don't believe they ever address the actual player though.
A character's hand is covered in blood in one version of "The Heatwave." A lot of blood in Segment 1 of "The Uprising," some blood in some variations of "The Finale."
News about nuclear explosions occurring in the territory, resulting in millions of deaths, some of which may be the player character's family members depending on player choices.
