Two researchers get their throats cut. The first one is not graphic but the second is. The scene starts when the bed is revealed to be empty, skip ahead about a minute to avoid it.
A doctors hand is shot as punishment, S2 E3 at around 22:10. The injury and the blood from it are shown repeatedly during the rest of the scenes in the conference room.
There is a monster who bites a human on the shoulder in what appears to be an attempt to eat him but nothing more. There is another scene of a mutated, human-like monster feeding on a corpse but we do not see gore.
There's a long scene where a large chunk of concrete threatens to fall onto two characters. One escapes unharmed but the other is killed by the falling concrete. The death isn't actually shown, but the scene could be distressing. Skip from 47:54 to 50:50 to avoid the scene entirely.
A child is grabbed/choked by someone turning into a monster near the end of S2E2 (approx 48:51, scene starts with a character mumbling "there's nothing wrong with how I look."). The monster is distracted/killed by the rest of the group, but it is later (approx. 54:00) shown that the child died in the attack. The child's body is shown in the opening scene of S2E3 (from 0:00-2:30ish, when the intro starts) as the group says their goodbyes. The death is not gory but the attack is visceral and the aftermath is very emotional.
A little boy does wet himself out of fear, but it's not graphic, and you just see the urine pool on the floor. His big sister is calm about it, and it isn't spoken of after that scene
the spitting in the first episode happens 21 minutes and 30 seconds in, right after [spoiler] the man in the dark room puts a lit cigarette in his victim's mouth. the scene changes and another character spits out some noodles. it looks like v//mit for a moment but we quickly see that it is not
A monster baby midway through episode 1, and a humanoid baby around the end of episode 3. A pregnant woman's moving stomach is also repeatedly shown throughout episode 3.
Several scenes depict people fully naked. The scenes are either shot at a distance, from the front shoulders-up, or from the back showing the full body including naked butt. The scenes are not sexual.
A car is flipped at 45:04 and subsequently explodes/lights on fire. The crash itself only lasts a few seconds (till 45:31), but the scene stays in the area until 49:10. Later, from 51:56 to 54:13 the aftermath is shown.
