One of the patients in Blood Row/Ward X fashions a makeshift blade. You don't see the act, but it's a rather clear and prolonged shot that includes him holding up his arm to show the damage done.

It's going to be noted in almost every single Amnityville movie since the original story has the a man killing his entire family, so child death is always mentioned at some point in any Amnityville movie.

She's in a man's office trying to take out the trash and a man catches her in there and tries to proposition her so he doesn't report her for searching through the files. The Orderlies also call her uncomfortable pet names continuously.
One of the inmates down in the Blood Row/Ward X makes sexually threatening comments to another inmate through the wall.

One woman in the Blood Row/Ward X area acts very stereotypically insane, the screaming and banging on the walls, the rocking back and forth muttering, the whole shebang. The main character also asks why someone would both talking to an old woman who is catatonic. Also the entire existance of Blood Row/Ward X is kind of iffy. It's down in the basement, locked away, where the 'criminally insane' stay those who 'are beyond help'. They are not treated kindly, and they never get to leave their rooms, and seem to be rarely, if ever, visted by orderlies properly. All they have is talking through the walls at each other.

At first it's just mentioned, but then there's a moment where the man whose mentioned to have been a cannibal breaks out of his cell and goes over to another person's cell and kills and eats part of his brain. You see him take a bite.

The other cleaner makes a comment about "A Native American Chief possessed that boy who killed his family" And then it sends them down a bit of a rabbit hole of Native Americans being killed in the area. They also say the god for the Native Americans is "The Dark Master" or something of that effect. It's. Really not good. Then suddenly the religion these people followed turned into a cult.

I'm not even sure myself because I can't hear a single thing happening in this movie (I know this isn't the place to give movie ideas but this movie is shit don't fucking watch it) but she is told that the things she knows about herself and where she's been isn't true. This may be because it's Actually Not or because she's being gaslighted, but either way it's uncomfortable
Edit: No she's actually being gaslighted

This is a presumption, as you see a man seizing and spitting up foamy vomit and blood, much like an overdose, but I don't think it's confirmed that's what happened to him.
