Unsure but it's absolutely likely given it was 1963 and there are scenes with animals.

Cleopatra dies bitten by an asp. I think it's in a basket and I don't remember if we see it then. But after that the snake is shown slithering on the floor.

No, but there is the implied threat of sexual assault or sexual humiliation when Octavian wishes to bring the defeated Cleopatra back with him to Rome, presumably to parade her in a triumph.

Cleopatra shouts at Caesar that his men can rape and pillage all they want, but they had no right to burn the wealth of knowledge contained in the library of Alexandria.

We do not see it happening, but Pothinus is a eunuch and Caesar makes a joke about the uh, procedure he would've been subjected to.

Caesar is stabbed many times. You know when it's about to happen because like three people warn him not to go to the Senate but he goes anyway.

It seems to be implied that Cleopatra miscarries because of Caesar's death. She screams "my son!" and collapses during her vision of his assassination. Historically, it is documented that she was rumored to have miscarried a child by Caesar during this time.

Some period-accurate talk about Caesar's "falling sickness" (commonly believed to have been epilepsy) but it's not too bad and they mention other great leaders that had the same seizures.

Historically yes, the ptolemaic dynasty was maintained through incest, and this is alluded to a few times, particularly when Caesar calls Cleopatra the result of generations of inbreeding. Cleopatra and Ptolemy were siblings. They were also married. They hate each other by the start of the film though and would much rather kill each other than engage in intimate relations so thankfully we do not see any incest in action.

It is a sad ending (one which you already know if you are aware of the historical context) but when that part is set in motion you'll probably be more relieved that this four-hour movie is finally coming to an end.
