A child is grabbed/choked by someone turning into a monster near the end of S2E2 (approx 48:51, scene starts with a character mumbling "there's nothing wrong with how I look."). The monster is distracted/killed by the rest of the group, but it is later (approx. 54:00) shown that the child died in the attack.
