I would say yes even tho it’s not actually v* there’s a lot of blood coming from the mouth and one but in particular was when a character dies outside a bar he kind of spits it very suddenly, and again a character gets stabbed in the neck and a lot of blood pours from his mouth. Almost every kill or very kill has blood coming from the mouth so if that triggers you I would skip this movie. I’ll try find time stamps
