c!Quackity is abused by c!Schlatt in Manberg, and in Las Nevadas he is emotionally abusive to Glatt, making him bet on his own life, saying that if he loses the bet he will be forced to work for him and can never be revived.
The character Jcshlatt is a drug addict and an alcoholic. This causes him to be violent towards other characters. Wilbur, Tommy & Tubbo all made and sold “drugs” at one point in the story. They even went as far as to build a whole new nation just so they could sell drugs legally.
there's not dog fighting in the real-life sense (like a sport) but dogs are trained and used as weapons in wars (ex: end of season 2 regards a Hound Army, pretty self explanatory)
In the 1st season, a character is traped in a wooden box with a lid over it, impeding him from leaving, this is played as a fun quip, although there's a scene from season 2 where c!Tommy and C!Techno appear to be waterboarding C!Fundy, although it's not clear
It's Minecraft so functionally no, but there are characters who are restrained via. being put into boxes of obsidian and traps, and there is a large prison on the server.
There is no assault but there are some vague unsolicited comments of a sexual nature occasionally made towards Quackity's character by his former (otherwise abusive) partner
**SPOILERS**
during tommy’s second exile, tommy canonically breaks the floor of the nether beneath jack’s feet, causing him to fall in the lava and slowly burn. this is a part of tommy’s pov, and can be brushed over.
One character gets tortured while they're in prison. This happens off screen and they don't talk about it in detail, but finger mutilation is implied because of the tools that are used.
Technoblade fights Quackity & kills him by stabbing a pic axe through his jaw, taking out most of his teeth in the process. Right before he stabs Quackity he says: “I have a pic axe & I’m gonna put it through your teeth!”
There was an off-handed mention of railings being installed along the staircases in Pogtopia (Volume 1 Season 1) due to characters falling off of the stairs into the ravine. This is not considered a serious moment.
There was a whole controversy with cc!Dream on Twitter, but no one said it on the actual server itself. Trying to imply it was, in or out of character, is spreading misinformation.
In Volume 1 Season 2, a character is mentioned to have died of a drug overdose. However, this did not actually happen; the character was murdered and the murderer was attempting to gaslight the witness into thinking the murder didn't happen.
NO. Fundy/Dream wedding is not canon, and even then, George kissed Dream without his consent in that video. The amount of people saying yes concerns me, he audibly says “no” many times.
light themes/implications - [SPOILER BELOW]
during the attempted resurrection of wilbur, schlatt appears to partially possess (doesnt have control) wilbur for a moment before disappearing again.
Wilbur comes back as a ghosts and is called ghostbur,Shlatt has come back too but no one has a name for him(he claims he wants to be Glatt but its not canon yet)
No because even though water hurts Ranboo when he’s not wearing armor he was wearing armor and later confirmed the water only scared him and he did not actually self harm. The ‘yell’ was in fear not pain.
There are one or two characters that exhibit behaviors that could be seen as self-harming at some points, but it’s not self-harm in the “typical” sense and there’s no explicit physical self-harm.
While Wilbur’s character in the actual canonical story is an overall very well written mentally ill man that doesn’t play into any harmful stereotypes, in many fanworks he is often depicted as creepy and unpredictably violent, contrary to how he canonically behaves, which can be pretty uncomfortable.
At one point Niki’s character had some form of mental illness (I’m not sure what, I don’t think it was explicitly an ed) where instead of eating she would make herself die (which replenishes hunger)
A lot of unreality in Tales from the SMP, as well as a potentially upsetting scene in one Tommy stream where c!Tommy continuously begs c!Connor to tell him that he's real.
[SPOILER] Ghostbur, when being threatened by Dream, has a pretty severe sounding anxiety attack and Tommy has to count with him to try and help his breathing.
It is implied, as there is a canonically transgender character (C!Fundy) but he never talks about it explicitly or even mentions it. As far as I'm aware most characters are content with their appearance, especially considering the fact they are made of squares.
LITERALLY ALL OF THEM. especially tommy though due to basically everything that ever happened to his character. you could also say ranboo has it too but most of the characters probably have PTSD just because of the things they’ve gone through in the plotline
A large amount of streamers use vulgar language in their streams. Some streamers, like GeorgeNotFound, BadBoyHalo, and Ranboo do not swear on stream but other streamers may swear on their streams.
It is a Minecraft series and the creators will often talk to the audience to ask their opinions on something and Technoblade canonically hears the voices of his chat in his head.
No anti semitism present within the DSMP. I'm starting to think people say yes because they dislike the cc's or are counting what they do outside of it.
Schlatt at one point said that he was something Fundy wasn’t, a man, and this is notable because Fundy is canonically a trans man. Although Schlatt didn’t know Fundy was trans when he said it and meant man as in human because Fundy is also an anthropomorphic fox
there are multiple people on the smp who are either lgbt or their characters are, many of them lose a life but it is hasnt ever been a plot point that them being lgbt was the reason
It is not explicit, however there is a long running joke about one of the characters having conceived a child with a salmon, and a different version of this same character (his ghost counterpart) also stated "He is the girlfriend of mine," in Dutch about a sheep. Cant recall any other mention of the latter though.
Also several character are implied to be hybrids or descendant from animals (furries, if you will) and are in romantic relationships so make of that what you will.
everyone saying no has not watched tubbo’s perspective of the election arc. schlatt yells at him repeatedly and mocks him for whining when he was upset about the changes being made to l’manburg
A character is homeless for a while and gets made fun of because of it by multiple other characters. He's not anymore now, but he was all throughout season 2
