S1 E19 I skipped ahead so I don’t know if it happens on screen but it’s when Liam and Jeff are arguing around 28 minutes in. Also S2 E7 the baby throws up on Blake while he’s holding him pretty early in the episode but I didn’t find it super triggering and I get triggered pretty easily.
