It can be argued that there is, yes. The main villain, an adult named Adam, is searching for his skating equal and calls that person his "Eve", which has an implication since the point is that he's inspired by Adam and Eve. His focus during the series to possibly be his "Eve" is Langa, who is seventeen. There are multiple moments where Adam says innuendos towards and touches Langa (not in an explicit assault way but for example Adam pushes himself against Langa and forces him into a psudo tango) and says/does things to imply romantic interest (ex: gifts him a bouquet of roses and refers to Langa's close friend as a "third wheel" getting in the way of him and Langa).
There is also a moment where Adam explicitly states he's been in love with all of his possible Eves and implies he would fall in love with a twelve-year-old character after he develops his skills more.
I will say that most of the other characters do state/make comments that show they think Adam is creepy or wrong for all this.
