Just off the top of my head, there’s three car crashes (one in each of the first three seasons) that require hospital visits, as well as a season 1 overdose, a season 4 episode where two characters fall off a ladder, and a season 4 episode where several characters go to the hospital for injuries sustained when a hurricane hits
