I would say yes. It's unknown if active intercourse is occurring, but it at least qualifies as a significant sexual assault and may be very upsetting for some people. Assuming intercourse was involved, which we don't see, it happens in a very unusual way. It takes place using telepathic abilities where the female victim is forced to see someone other than her husband making love to her. She is frightened and traumatized and struggles to fight against the projection of the male aggressor.

There's one scene where a husband and wife are being intimate with each other in bed. There's no nudity and it's unknown whether intercourse is taking place. You just see the male character with his shirt off and laying on top of the female character who still appears to have a nightgown on.
BUT BE WARNED: This progresses to a scene where a sexual assault takes place and possibly rape. The latter is unknown due to there being no certainty as to whether there was intercourse. You could easily make that assumption though.

Is there blood/gore?

Only a very, very small amount of blood is ever seen.

The only thing that might qualify as gore happens within the first few minutes of the movie where a biological weapon is used to kill everyone in the room by targeting all organic matter. This has the effect of desolving and blackening the skin, which then turns into a fragile stone-like substance that can shatter on impact. It's not graphic, but it might bother some people.

Also, near the end of the movie, one character is stabbed through the abdomen with a long pole-like object and then pulls the pole further through their abdomen to get face to face with another character. You don't see blood or gore, but that incident still might make some people squeamish.

There are many, many scenes throughout the movie where futuristic guns (phasers) are used to fire at and/or kill others. Also, various types of exterior spaceship weapons are fired during battle scenes.
