-Lots of dead animal carcasses hanging up in the meat markets, being cooked, and being carried around by people. Looks like pigs, goats, and fish.
-Just over 37 minutes in, there is also a bloody puddle, with dripping blood from a recently killed goat being hung up and butchered. There is a quick shot of the decapitated goat’s head.
-Close to 1 hour, 50 minutes into the movie, there is a decapitated cow head being dragged in a cart through the market, followed by a quick view of a pile of goat heads on the ground.
It’s all pretty repulsive. Skip if the images bother you the way they bothered me (mostly bothered, because I am all but certain they are real dead animal parts).

Assef participates in bacha bazi, a form of child abuse practiced in Afghanistan, where little boys are forced to become "dancing boys" so they can be used for the sexual gratification of older men. Assef's "dancing boy" is Sohrab, the son of Hassan (whom Assef raped earlier in the film)
