Not a child's toy, but could be similarly triggering: one of the shorts comics ("study") has Randal eat Luther's beloved VHS of Cats. Luther is not present, and the comic is dubiously canon.

Lucid 5 has two characters get swallowed by a snake character. They escape and survive. Lucid 21 has the snake character swallow someone else, who does not escape/survive. Lucids 25 & 26 have brief panels where a character has been partially swallowed by the snake character and is peeking out of her mouth. They emerge safely.

In lucid 15, is about the main character getting constitpated and having to poop, this lucid is skippable as it doesn't have relevance to the story based arcs. In lucid 3, unflushed poop is comedically seen in a toilet which a character gets mad at another character for not flushing.
