First time is right at the beginning of the movie, 2/3 minutes in, you can see it coming as the lady rushes to the toilet, I didn’t look so I don’t know if there’s visual but audio was pretty bad. I then proceeded to switch channel so I can’t say anything else about the rest of the movie
