*spoiler* the last minute of the movie or so reveals that the main character never made it out of the resort, but the ghost had tricked her into believing she was in a hospital.
There is no on-screen death, but the death of a young girl (believed to be between 10 and 16) is the cause of the movie's main antagonist, a ghost.
A male voice describes the girl as being hung and left for dead. There is no detail or visual.
Throughout the movie multiple characters can be shown panicking and displaying panic/anxiety attack behaviours due to the physical and psychological stress of the ordeal.
At 53:38:00 - 53:50:00 a girl is trapped inside a vehicle (and has a panic attack). The ghost possesses the vehicle and rams it off an upper floor balcony. The car is not shown hitting the ground.
