The other (black woman) then gets shot and we see her motionless on the ground. If the guy slumped over isn’t dead, and we take this question to be more about a black person dying first regardless of gender, then I would say yes. If the guy slumped over is dead, then the answer to this question is no, but sort of on a technicality. The black woman dies on screen and dramatically. It really stands out and makes me want to say yes to this question.
