Although not a joke and not in the game itself, the art book which comes with the deluxe edition is oddly fixated on the weight of one character who happens to have thicker legs than the others, saying that she's "certainly not fat!" and is "of average weight" and "slender". Because this is completely unnecessary and unexplained, it seems to be suggesting that being fat would be bad and was a little uncomfortable to read.
