The Lizard can be considered a animal but it does not die as it’s transported back to their own dimension.

Mentions of spiders. Cobweb is shown briefly (for a comedic scene) and webs are used (web shooters). The character is named Spider-Man but no spiders are shown!

There’s a blink and you’ll miss it cameo of The Scorpion, but aside from that no. There is a giant Lizard though.

Many people considered Spider-Man a menace/killer die to lies spread by mysterio and the daily bugle. No one believes Spider-Man when he says he did not kill mysterio and mysterio was the villain.

People get cut and stabbed, but not intentionally. There is no self harm, but it is an action movie and people do get hurt

Not severe but many of the villains have something unpleasant going on. Doc Ock has tentacles attached to his spine. Electro's body can turn blue and pulsing with electricity. Sandman is made of sand. The Lizard is a giant reptile who was human but experimented on himself.

Peter Parker doesn't sacrifice his literal life but does sacrifice his relationships, friendships, and most every other social aspect to save the world.

I would say yes. They are not super bad but a brick is suddenly thrown through the window in the first several minutes (when they go to May’s house to talk) and there is one other scene that’s also pretty early into the movie. But I say that they are more startling than anything.

The police are working against Spider-Man under false information. Depicted as an obstacle in the narrative, not celebratory.

At the beginning of the movie it starts off exactly where far from home left off previously- and the characters get crowded and overwhelmed and appear a little frantic. It’s not a full blown panic attack but I think it’s more of a small one

I don't know if you'd call it PTSD, but there are several instances of characters recalling the past and crying about it. But more specifically, one of the characters is frequently shown to still suffer due to the death of a loved one and is reminded of it several times. Especially near the end when one of the characters almost falls to their death.

No. However, ***SPOILER*** this movie brings together the past two sets of Spiderman heroes, and the sense of combining the comic book universes may feel similarly surreal.

The discussion about curing people is an ableist sentiment implying there is something wrong with being disabled. This is especially true for Green Goblin who has a fictional version of DID (dissociative identity disorder).
