No, but Floyd Leech is often represented with the shark emoji in fandom discussions (especially on Twitter where there are a limited number of characters). Floyd also gives the other characters sea-themed nicknames, and he chose "Sharksucker" for Ruggie.

One character stalks other students, as he is based on the huntsman from Snow White. It is mostly taken comedically, and toned down after his first vignettes imo.

While Scarabia (dorm based on Aladdin) may be considered iffy due to the film itself, the member's hometown is represented much better than Agrabah, and the general consensus is that while it may be a bit shallow in representation, there's nothing overly offensive or uncomfortable.

Yes, though very little (I had to think for a minute to remember any). It's worth mentioning that this attitude is disapproved of by the main characters. In fact, a major part of book 5 is one boy learning to get over his hatred of "feminine" things and internalized misogyny (he's been mistaken as a girl a lot, leading to that) by having another character (played androgynous), show him how it can be a strength. This character's speech about it is very much aligned with the game's stance, so I would consider the game pretty trans-friendly.
