I don't remember any hate speach but it should be mentioned that in a scene near the beginning, MacGruber is recruiting his old army buddies to help with a case when he reunites with one who it turns out has married another man, MacGruber is grossed out and doesn't invite him. Later the couple are seen at MacGrubers wedding
