About 21:30 there is a pretty ugly a rape scene with a woman and two men in a workplace. No nudity, but she is very clearly raped, I found it very hard to watch. Ends about 23:10 when the rapist gets off of her. Then she continues with her s****y job, sobbing.

In a scene before the opening credits, a bloodied and battered woman gives birth, and not in a hospital but in a room in a serial killer is keeping her in. If it counts (it bothered me to watch) we see that blood vessels have burst in both her eyes from the painful labor. Especially when there’s a close up where she seems to be struggling to breathe and has was appears to be a collar around her neck. The whites of her eyes are almost completely red.
