It depends on how the villains of the game are interpreted - they are often viewed as being past (potentially abusive) lovers of the main character, but this isn't explicitly stated in canon so I'll say no. The cursed arcana are forgiven at the end with a kiss.
In Wild Hearts Never Die, there is a dragon which appears to be the true form of the Fool arcana - but you just ride it for a while before giving it a nice smooch on the nose, turning it into the butterfly-like shards of a broken heart.
In 'Forest Dub', The Fool is hit with a spell that causes her surroundings to distort and warp, and bounces across and collects mushrooms. It isn't explicitly 'drugging' but it is very much meant to resemble being on hallucinogenic drugs.
Not really, but if you crash into an obstacle the screen immediately fades, implying you died. BUT everything is going on fantasy logic and it's not graphic at all and over very quickly.
At the end of Inside, The Fool fires an arrow into Little Death's 'eye', but it isn't injured and there's no eye gore. In Wild Hearts Never Die, The Fool uses her sword to break this eye, which appears to just be solid and crystal-like.
In some levels it's possible to fall off the stage if you don't direct The Fool to a safe landing after a jump (These levels include Begin Again, Forest Dub, Dead of Night, Hearts and Swords, Mine, and Inside).
Not actual demons, but the first bosses, representing the Devil arcana, are a gang called the Dancing Demons who live in Hatehell Valley, so the imagery of demons is definitely there.
You can crash into a car in traffic scenes, however the screen fades immediately, it's not graphic / realistic, and your character reloads and appears again.
Throughout the game you are given control over a motorcycle as well as a car in one section. The game is about dodging obstacles so it’s possible to hit them, but it’s not at all graphic and the game just immediately restarts that section as soon as you do.
In some levels The Fool fires laser guns from the side of her motorbike. These levels include Laser Love, Dead of Night, Hate Skulls and Wild Hearts Never Die.
