It kinda depends on your perspective... the manager coerces an employee to have sex with him by bribing him with drugs and the ability to choose his shifts in the future. They then have sex with some of it shown on screen, while they're both on drugs. The employee did consent and seems enthusiastic, but he was also bribed/coerced, so I'm not sure.
