Does an animal die?

A droid who serves a function somewhere between a pet and a toy (I’d say it’s closer to pet) is destroyed. Since there’s no droid category, I felt like this belonged here as it could be triggering for whom pet/animal death is an issue.

Episode 1 - Obi-wan works on a massive dead space creature(?). Chopping up of flesh etc.

first episode: group figures out where a child will be based on the child's habits, they then lie in wait for them - you only see the latter part of this where the child runs into that group and they say theyve been waiting for them ------ second episode: protagonists are loosely followed for the entire episode

second episode : theres this character who swindles and tricks people for credits but not sure if that would be triggering to some

SPOILERS Leia is kidnapped and tied up, I'm not sure if this counts as abuse but she's quite obviously distressed, and 10 years old. Following into episode 4, Reva attempts to torture Leia but is stopped before she can inflict any pain

Following the fire scene with Vader and Obi-Wan, in episode 4 Reva attempts to torture Leia and has her strapped up into a very similar contraption that was used against Han in ESB, however Reva is stopped before any pain is inflicted on Leia

There's no gore in the show aside from the recap and a flashback to burning Anakin from Revenge of the Sith with the same bloody wounds and nondescript charring. The rest of the show is just typical Lightsaber stumps and slashes that are just a glowing orange mark with no blood or injury detail.

In Episode 3, a man is forced (no pun intended) out the house by Darth Vader. Vader then proceeds to force choke the man to death. This is sudden and is immediately followed by an equally, and arguably more, brutal scene.

Episode 4: a pilot is shot out of the sky and falls into the ocean, we don't see the body but his ship caught fire and then submerged in water so it's 99.9% likely that he died

In Episode 3, a kid runs out of a house trying to save his father from being force choked by Darth Vader. Vader slams the kid into the wall and snaps his neck using the force - this is all on-screen. The mother can be seen slouching towards her dead son, but this is very brief as the camera pans away.

Not sure if you would call it a ghost, but Obi-Wan does see a quite haunting image of Anakin

SPOILERS FOR EPISODE 4 There's a semi-brief scene where Obi-Wan gets PTSD from a recent fight between him and Vader. The flashbacks may be startling for a few people, as they appear and disappear for about one second.

It's very prominent in the show that Obi-Wan has PTSD. He is seen having visions/flashbacks/nightmares of his past when trying to sleep and he sees a rather haunting vision of Anakin. If you suffer with PTSD I'd recommend watching the show with a trusted adult in case you get triggered, or just avoiding the show

Obi-Wan pretty clearly has PTSD and starts to breathe hard at some points (namely at about 18:00 in part I and the two ending scenes of part II)

first episode: theres no blatant antisemitism that i can see, but i've always taken the way that star wars talks about order 66 to be a metaphor for some pretty tough real life things, it depends how your brain takes the things that cover in star wars to say if it seems to be a metaphor for antisemitism

fictional hate speech? people are very horrible about jedi at this point, and its basically fictional discrimination, so idk if it counts

You could argue Obi-Wan is homeless as he's sort of living inside a massive cave, rather than an actual house

Episode 1 - A potentially triggering scene relating to gun violence of a massacre after order 66 (but with mainly lightsabers)

Although the act of drowning itself isn't shown, there are multiple instances on-screen where lifeless bodies can be seen in/on water. In particular, there is a scene where multiple Stormtroopers are seen floating inside a recently-filled hallway motionless. This is confined to Episode 4 however.
