During the end credits, there's photos of the main characters that kind of makes an end credit scene. There are no videos. There is a nice song to listen to while the credits roll.
Fret, a teenager, has a crush on a woman in her early to mid 20’s. She flirts back at him however the woman very clearly has no interest in him back and is merely teasing him.
Characters in this game, including the antagonists, do not have a mental illness. The main antagonist isn't directly violent, but they've made their Noise and their final Boss form as violent creatures, but no. No characters are directly violent anyway.
Shoka is secretly watching the main characters throughout most of the game. Although she acts antagonistic, she actually has good intentions and ends up attempting to rig the game in their favour but gets caught.
(vaguely worded on purpose but still spoilery) Several characters sacrifice themselves so another character will have a chance to save the day. None of the sacrifices are permanent and everyone is okay in the end.
The antagonist did break the fourth wall - they do speak to the characters in the game, but it is apparent they're also talking to the audience. If I explained any further, it would lead to spoilers.
During Week 1 of the game, the Wicked Twisters are stalked by the leader of the Ruinbringers. It is also implied that the Reapers see all, and therefore may count as a type of 'stalking'.
At several points in the game, civilians are possessed by Noise which influence their negative emotions. In the final week, a deadly type of noise destroys the souls of the people it possess, leaving them an empty husk.
Because the events of the game are taking place in the afterlife, the police are basically non-existent throughout the game with the only sign of them being a police station that can be seen in the background of a location. No police can be seen around it though.
It is implied that a main character's best friend commited suicide, and said main character blames themselves for it. Another slight mention is when the protagonist and the same main character mentioned before have an argument and the protagonist says that he(main character) would jump off a building for a girl he likes.
A major character who is about to have their soil sucked by Plague Noise messages someone asking them to kill them. Fret heavily implies that his best friend prior to Rindo had depression and committed suicide. A reaper accepts a mission from their boss knowing it will result in their death.
Flashing old-tv-like static engulfs the screen when a boss is killed. Two bosses in the game feature a flashing rainbow colour scheme and fire strobe-like projectiles. The entire final boss has tons of flashing multi-coloured lights and strobe effects.
there's a side quest of a boy character getting misgendered as a girl because of his high pitched voice, but he's not canonically transgender or anything.
