There's blood coming from the wound over his eye after he's hit, but the eye itself is not shown until it's been healed. The only indications of the injury to his eye after the fact are a scar on his skin and his iris being white rather than blue.

A splatter of blood appears behind Ernest Drake after it is mentioned that he is presumed to have killed his parents. Rook has blood on his face and hands after he's blinded in his left eye by a bolt of magic. Sareth is shown dead with a large splatter of blood behind him and across his chest.
