There are two. First towards the beginning, when she catches her husband eating out of the fridge while sleepwalking. Look away after he tries to eat the fish, she goes and v* in the sink, mild audio. Then at the end during the confrontation with his wife, look away after the man sees what is in the freezer. He runs to the bathroom and v*, audio is much more this time. I'm not actually sure what is shown because I closed my eyes both times.

At 29:30, the wife opens the freezer and finds her missing dog there. The dog is not shown.
Skip from 1:22:40 to 1:23:13 to avoid the second dog's corpse, which the wife put in the freezer herself. This time it's body is shown, but it's obviously fake. Not long after, when the wife has their neighbor hostage and is threatening her with the drill, we learn the dog was put in there while it was still alive.
