It's very brief right at the beginning of Colt's journey, but it's more like a little spit up or just some phlegm from coughing. Couldn't really tell it was vomiting, the only context was that he's hungover so I assumed maybe dry heaving. Very brief, not bad, but not necessary either
There are multiple instances where it is either mentioned, or done. There is the beginning of the game where the main character has to jump out a window and die. *Spoilers* The main character was stuck in a time loop before the events of the game and it is implied that he was able to break out of the loop by killing himself. There is a (optional) side story that's hidden away that at the end has a character requests you to kill them There is an ending that requires you to jump to your death.
An enemy can be heard talking about running a sweatshop for school children, and another selling orphans to be experimented on for medical science, during a party
No spooky popups, but there are landmines that will blow you up without warning if you happen to not notice them in time, which is incredibly startling. Organic jumpscares can happen during gameplay, as an enemy might be waiting outside a door or catch you off guard.
The player character, who has amnesia, talks with a woman over the radio throughout the game. At first he thinks she is an ex and makes a couple lewd remarks, before later finding out it is his daughter, changing the tone of their conversation drastically.
A big part of the game is two family members trying to assassinate each other. There is also a scene of two of the villains in a relationship where one of them torments the other using magic powers
*Mild Spoiler* While it is mentioned that one of the characters was in a mental institution, there is no point where it or any other kind of mental institution is shown
at the beginning of the game when the main character is stabbed in the neck, another time in a (optional) scene where two goons are messing with a gas tank, and multiple times afterwards whenever a character is in a explosive toxic gas
The "Devouring of the Lamb" party is implied to involve this. A room with food has fountains with red liquid coming out of them, possibly being the blood of people killed during their lethal party games.
You can kick and push enemies into water, drowning them. You can also drown by falling into water. You can assassinate two of the bosses by trapping them in a room with water rising, drowning both.
Tons of drug references. It is implied a large amount of the island's population are hooked on drugs. You can also use a magic power to make enemies drunk
A military base where one of the bosses live will self-destruct if you're caught sneaking in, destroying everyone in a nuclear implosion.
Also done as a gag: you can kill one of the bosses by sabotaging his fireworks setup. Once it explodes, you'll see a mushroom cloud in the horizon.
