In Ep4, it's implied that the protagonist is experiencing psychosis as a result of anti-depressant withdrawal, and she's told that "everyone thinks you're demented." These implications are used to confine her to a cabin.

There is mention of a brother on drugs, and an overdose is staged - but it was not actually a case of someone using, it was a cover up of a murder

In Ep 3, the protagonist struggles to breathe during a panic attack and flashbacks to her being trapped in a car filling with water. She has some breathlessness in earlier episodes too.

I can't remember if they use that exact phrase, but Ep3 has a character seriously threatening to shoot himself before being stopped.

Uboat is claustophobic throughout, as are the flashbacks to a near-drowning in a car. Worst claustrophobic scene is at the end of ep 5 and first part of ep 6, where protagonist is trapped inside a missile tube

Flashbacks to the car crash throughout the first 3 episodes. Protagonist's partner died when their car swerved to avoid an oncoming vehicle and plunged into water. He is knocked out. She is able to rescue his young daughter but has to abandon him in the sinking car.
