Wounded to the brink of death and suffering from amnesia, Jason Bourne is rescued at sea by a fisherman. With nothing to go on but a Swiss bank account number, he starts to reconstruct his life, but finds that many people he encounters want him dead. However, Bourne realizes that he has the combat and mental skills of a world-class spy—but who does he work for?
After the fight with the assassin at the apartment, Marie becomes freaked out and tries to approach him. Jason grabs her around the waist and picks her up, to prevent her from approaching the injured assassin.
Also at one point, Marie becomes scared of Jason and tries to run away from him, but he chases her, backs her against a wall, and forcibly holds her there even when she tries to get away.
Someone falls down the stairs at the embassy. Near the end of the film, during the fight on the spiral staircase, someone falls off and down the empty space in the center of the spiral.
There’s a scene where Jason is sleeping on a park bench as he doesn’t have any money or anywhere else to stay. He gets kicked out by two policemen. For the rest of the movie he has various places to stay.
