Around the 6 min mark You don’t see the death, but the blonde dog (golden retriever/labrador?) in the Malik family’s storyline is discovered dead - bloodied and attacked - when she returns to the farm house they’re staying in with the man & wife. She trips over it in the dark & you see the sort of mauled, bloody body. Not too much detail.
Rabbit is hunted for food in the first scene. Happens almost immediately. If you see the Japanese woman with a hand crossbow, next shot is dead rabbit.

This above comment didn't feel like sexual assault to me while watching and SA is a big trigger for me, so I just wanted to add this comment to say it felt like the stranger was confused and tried to keep the character in the mood, but left immediately upon realizing the character was upset.
major character who experiences seizures has only a limited number of pills left when he is stranded, leaving him without access to medication.
SPOILER - this character voluntarily has a seizure induced by a nurse in episode 9, resulting in his death.
Near the end of the episode, a child suffers a major seizure and appears to die. This carries over into episode 10 where efforts to revive the child continues.
