The game is largely interpretive and metaphorical so nothing is shown but Carmen is 17 and drinking when she has sex with a woodsman who is very obviously much older than her as he is balding, she cannot actually consent because of both her age and the fact she is under the influence. Her ending revolves around the emotional trauma that is gives her and has imagery referential of the assault.

The running interpretation of Robin's storyline is that her ending she becomes bed ridden and breaks her legs in the wolf attack, as the game is mostly portrayed through metaphor this may not be everyone's interpretation and it's barely on screen but it is aided by flashing images at the end of her section of her legs warped and twisted

The game is hugely interpretive, whether the characters die is up to interpretation, in my reading I believe they do not as their endings are metaphorical but many people may take it that they die so this is a very soft yes

The path is incredibly interpretative. If you stop playing before you finish each of the girls stories, the girls will just disappear from the main screen implying their wolves have lead to their disappearance or death. If you play as each girl, the girl in white will be on the main screen covered in blood as each of the girls returns to the loading screen one by one - implying that they'd survived. They've definitely gone through bad things, but the conclusion of the game seems to be that bad things can happen and you keep moving.
