In episodes 250 and 251, it is implied that Casper was coerced into sex against his will, but it isn't shown.

At some point, a man flirts with an underage girl at a bar. However, he is unaware she is underage. Later on, an 18 year old tries to force herself onto a 16 year old, but is unsuccessful. Grooming is talked about, and seen in a negative light. However, sexual assault does not seem to actually harm any characters in the series.

Two characters (14 and 15 at the beginning of the story) are neglected and verbally abused by their mother. In ep. 237, another character says that he's been abandoned by his parents. In ep. 128, a man burns his 15-year-old son's hand with a cigarette and expresses homophobic views, though that boy is not gay.

During episode 84, a character is poked in the eye. For the next few episodes, he is shown wearing a bandage over it. Later on, a different character gets punched in the face and gets a black eye, though I'm pretty sure it only looks that way in the one episode.

There are several times when characters gag or their faces turn green. In ep. 82, the protagonist vomits.
