Completely safe! there were 2 scenes that worried me but it's entirely safe!
just so you have a warning, there's a scene where one of the main characters gets tased and he's fine, and then almost immediately after (like- within minutes) a character gets poisoned and his vision is all blurry and messed up (this is the scene that really made me nervous) but i promise nothing happens! he groans like once but not even a "gaggy" kind of thing! Then later a couple characters come out of the water and i was worried they might cough up water or something but they don't! one like- spit/blows the water basically from off his lips. this movie is completely safe and so worth the watch!
