But a gay couple has two cats and their friends suggest they get them put down, since one of them (unbeknownst to the other) is allergic to cats. During end credits, we see a photo of the couple holding a dog... so we might speculate on what happened to the cats :(

But there is a straight cis male who keeps hooking up with very young women and treating them like s**t He is overtly condescending and sexist - and it’s all played for laughs.
But a child is neglected by his father, has an absent, dysfunctional mother, and dad’s girlfriend at one point yells at dad to take some responsibility for a change, as “it is your kid!!” - in front of said kid.
A character hurts his eye in a car accident off screen and has to get said eye removed. For the rest of the film, he wears an eye-patch. We don’t see any blood or anything, though.
But someone talks about considering it (played for melodrama), and someone has a car attack because he drives when upset- not self harm, but self-destructive
Loads - mostly played for comedy. Like, the main gay couple call each other “faggots” (“bøsserøv” in Danish), and the straight brother says “this is better than the fag aftershave you normally wear.” Even when a character is - off screen - assaulted by homophobes on a train, the film cuts to him happily playing cards with them afterwards, albeit with a bloody nose. So yeah, homophobia is sort of turned into a joke continuously.
As part of the cheating, one character continuously lies to his partner and is even the one to suggest couple’s therapy. Same character is very emotionally manipulative.
A lot of casual homophobia, played for laughs...! Often said by gay characters and their friends and family. Almost all gay characters are played by straight actors.
Overindulgence in alcohol is a recurring thing in this movie, and a child’s estranged mother appears to be an alcoholic. A grandmother is a sober alcoholic.
