DoesTheDogDie
Two dead pigs, named Frank and Mildred, are seen briefly (they are never shown alive). Though we don't know for sure what happens to the tank of goldfish seen throughout the film, it is unlikely they survived.

A car is slammed off the road in the opening scene of the movie. Very loud and sudden.

It's strongly suggested that a teen girl was killed in the past. We never see this character alive on screen.

Alcohol is drunk, but no implications of abuse or addiction.

A character is seen wearing a cast throughout the film, and the inciting incident can be heard in the distance, but the act of breaking his arm is never shown, and the wound is never shown either.

The main character talks about how she was physically abused as a child, and about witnessing an incident of child abuse in a public place. Also, there is a high school girl who was abducted and murdered. It's not shown on screen, but some of her things that were left behind, such as a cry for help, are shown.

A character dies in a fire, but we only see the fire on screen - nothing graphic during the death and no shot of the remains afterwards

One character repeatedly lies to another and gives information that is hard to believe, but they are not trying to make the other person doubt themselves or their sanity, so technically no?

No car-on-body impact is made, but a car with a passenger is T-boned by a pickup truck.

It's a little complicated but yes, the main character is and believes herself to be abducted by the main antagonist. That's the central premise of the movie. As well, there is a backstory about a girl who had been previously abducted, although this is not shown on-screen.

No; however, the possibility is hinted at. The main character initially fears being sexually assaulted by her abductor; she is forced to use the bathroom with him listening; toward the end of the movie his subtle changes of behavior (such as shaving his beard) point toward a possible (very creepy) sexual attraction and make the threat of sexual assault present again, though never explicit.

There is a scene where a visibly 'contaminated' person is refused entry to a shelter, causing them to become frantic and bash their head against a door until they bleed. We later learn this person died outside the shelter. Whilst not technically torture, it may be difficult for some viewers to watch.

The entire film has a general reclusive and claustrophobic ambience to it since it takes place within a relatively small underground bunker, but in terms of specific scenes, a character is shown crawling through cramped vents.

No but a character wakes up with an IV in their arm. We later learn the IV is attached to simple fluids to keep the character hydrated.

No but there are multiple explosions in the last few scenes of the film. There is also discussion of what the attack might have been.

Various minor wounds including a head wound that is stitched up on screen. Later we see a human body decomposing in acid, the flesh bloody. Later still, another character suffers extreme acid burns to the face.

None of the characters are in a partnered relationship as such, but they are all "living together" for much of the movie, and one character is very controlling and violent in a way that reads a lot like domestic violence. For example there is a "dinner table" scene where he shouts, belittles the others, physically grabs one of them, demands an apology for nothing, behaves unpredictably, etc.

A message is scratched into glass with finger nails. The lettering is bloody and we (possibly? Unclear) see a finger nail in the blood.
