In Issue #2, after Devi's appointment with her boss at Nerve Publishing, Mr. Nevers tells a different member of staff (presumably another artist) that he will sexually assault him before throwing him out of the window. As Devi leaves the building and heads outside, we see a body being thrown from the top of the building, implying that Mr. Nevers was successful.

Many visual depictions of suicidal ideation are featured, however. It is implied that Devi thinks about killing herself whenever she goes through something that is inconveniencing or annoying. In the Fillerbunny segments there are numerous pleas for death, and even a noose tied to a tree in the Issue #1 segment.

In Issue #1, Tenna imagines a child dying after he was racist to her in a hypothetical. In Issue #2, we see a flashback of when Devi was a kid, and how she caused another child to have an asthma attack that led to his death.

Sex is mentioned quite a few times, but we never actually see any sexual activities take place in the comic. References to sexual activity or innuendos are intended for comedic purposes.

There are multiple jokes slung at the psychic lady character, most of which are commentary about her being 'morbidly obese'. We find out in Issue #2 that the fat on her body is actually sentient and the reason behind her psychic prophecies, but any scenes involving the lady or the fat are treated as comedic and mocking.

In Issue #1, Tenna thinks of a hypothetical in which a child is racist towards her for being black.
Additionally, I want to note that there is a scene in the same issue where Devi laments about a date she had with a man who turned out to be a zombie. It is implied that the man she went on this date with is asian, but his skin tone is drawn as somewhat yellow. The waiter who goes to take his order is drawn with a similar skin tone, but also has slant-eyes and talks in broken English. Whilst these details don't exactly fit the definition of hate *speech*, I thought it was best to include them here, as they perpetuate harmful anti-asian stereotypes.

In a flashback about the drive home from a date, we see Devi and her ex Eddie get into a car crash after a mongoose runs into the road and the car swerves into a tree. Devi is fine, but Eddie is severely graphically injured, and the two of them are stuck alone waiting for help that we never see arrive. We also never learn about what happened to Eddie, but it's implied that he died from blood-loss and/or suffocation.

A prophecy about a plane crash is mentioned in Issue #1, but we don't actually see the plane crash until Issue #2. The plane crashes into the apartment complex that Devi and Tenna live in, and kills the psychic lady that lives in the apartment below Devi.

In the car crash flashback of Issue #1, one of Eddie's eyes is seen dangling outside of its socket. Additionally, at the end of Issue #2, Devi pulls the screws out from Sickness' face, which mimic the act of removing her eyes.

The Fillerbunny segments at the end of each issue are about a rabbit-like creature who is forced into multiple scenarios against its will, which mirrors the reality of animal testing in science and cosmetics. Whenever Fillerbunny doesn't comply to a task, electricity is used as punishment.
