Kim Sun-woo is an enforcer and manager for a hotel owned by a cold, calculative crime boss, Kang who assigns Sun-Woo to a simple errand while he is away on a business trip; to shadow his young mistress, Heesoo, for fear that she may be cheating on him with another, younger man, with the mandate that he must kill them both if he discovers their affair.

yes! around 50 minutes in when sun woo is hanging with his arms tied, he spits up blood, it’s hanging from his mouth. THEN a minute or so later he v* into a bucket, you don’t see his face when he does it but the angle shows just under his mouth so you see it go into the bucket. very triggering for me, i immediately muted it when he first gagged before tu* id say mute and look away for a couple minutes just to be safe
