Possibly alcoholism, perhaps especially clear very near the end (after Booker has become alone).

Characters drink throughout, and one character (Booker) is constantly drinking, especially when he's stressed. He appears to be drunk in a post-credit scene but otherwise no one ever appears erratic or drunk.

Knives are used in close-contact fights; various wounds are dealt with them, including some to the throat.

Characters are held captive to find the secret to their immortality. We don't see much of the experimentation but the bad guy threatens to spend decades cutting pieces off them if necessary. We are also told about (or shown in flashback) some deaths by torture, including burning alive and imprisonment in an underwater coffin.

No. People are shot in the head/face, though.

A character spits some blood after a strike to the face, however there is no damage shown to the teeth or mouth and no teeth are spat.

An arm is broken in a fight scene and the bone is shown through the skin. At the end, an immortal character jumps from a tall building onto a car and her hand is shown to be broken in many places. We do see it heal. Also, this doesn’t fit anywhere else, but an immortal man catches a grenade and his intestines are shown exposed before they heal.

At the beginning of the movie, the main characters go to save children being held hostage, but it turns out that there were never actually any children there, it was a lie. When Andy first sees Nile in-person, she knocks Nile out, kidnaps her, and won't let her leave after she wakes up. After Nile and Andy step outside of the church, two characters are forcefully kidnapped, and a rescue is planned and performed for the remainder of the movie.

An immortal man discusses the pain of losing his son (an adult), since his family aged around him while he didn't.

The main characters are tracked down, the main characters try to track someone down, and at Merrick there is a bunch of photos and files gathered of some people.

Around 33:30 minutes in, Nile Freeman stabs Andy and Andy pulls the knife from her own arm. She says "Can you please not do that again?" and Nile starts r*tching, then ducks in and out of the frame before v**iting. Full audio, I think there's visual. Lasts less than ten seconds and she's fine afterwards.

Not a "hospital" but a lab with medical equipment and restraints, so it may be triggering nonetheless.

A few times Nile is shown having slight difficulty breathing and moving around anxiously, and does things like listening to music to calm down.

There’s a story told in which a character is locked in coffin on the bottom of the ocean for over 500 years. They die and then revive repeatedly.

In the penthouse at Merrick, Nile grabs someone and jumps out of a window. She does die when she hits the ground (as the immortals can temporarily die) but she comes back to life a few moments later. Additionally, there is a plotline about someone allowing themselves to be tested on in the hopes that it'll someday result in their own death.

This should be a yes due to a scene where a character deliberately holds her hand in a fire to check whether her self-healing powers are real. She's in obvious pain and there is a shot of her severe burns rapidly healing. Not typical self-harm since she knows she'll heal within seconds, but could definitely be triggering. As mentioned, there's also another scene where she shoots herself in the foot.

No, but some scenes have constant flashes from gunshots that you may want to be aware of.

The most sexual part of the movie is when a couple kisses for 1-2 seconds. One character makes a joke about another's sex life.

Two of the main characters are in a same sex relationship, both are immortal and die multiple times. Both are alive at the end of the film. All of the main characters die and the LGBT ones don't die a disproportionate amount.

Unknown black soldiers are the first non-immortals killed onscreen (by the main characters on a mission), and one of the main characters is a Black woman who is immortal and alive by the end of the film, but is shown dying graphically before this. [addition: also yes, the only immortal we know of that died is a Black man. he is seen dying in flashbacks at two different points in the film.]

The man who kills Nile does so as she tries to treat his gunshot wound. He tells her not to touch him. Whether he objects to her being: his killer, an American solider, a woman, an unbeliever, or Black, isn’t clear.

Around 49:00 minutes in, two women are shown hanging (as part of a witch trial) and struggling for breath, but as they are immortal, they don't die. The scene lasts less than a minute.

Two characters fall from a window, they are shown falling then the impact of them landing on a car is shown. One is immortal and the other is not, but no gore/body is shown afterwards from the character who dies.

Gun violence is constant throughout with a variety of weapons and situations -- it's best to avoid this movie if this is a trigger.
