There is a scene where this is a possibility (or at least has potential to be injured). It is not heavily implied the character would die, but does show some maybe scary elements for a young viewer or those disturbed by heights.
A character tries to climb a mountain to reach an area they want to go. They stumble, their shoe (heels) are shown slipping, and they nearly fall at one point. They make it up for a little bit and climb a tree. The character then falls from the tree, the fall is shown as if they went over a cliff, but this moment is very brief and it then goes to showing them hanging onto a ledge. They call out to their friend and are saved by this character (their hands slip a couple of times while they are trying to reach each other and some small rocks/dirt are shown falling) The total scene is maybe 20-30 seconds long. Both characters immediately laugh off the falling scene, giving it a lighter mood.

S1
S1E5, S1E6 There is a breakup that is not understood as a breakup (the boyfriend says they should "be chill", the girl does not take this as a breakup as it doesn't sound like one). Due to this a character thinks her and her boyfriend are still a couple and then finds out they are not when the boyfriend takes a different girl to a dance. It is implied the boyfriend knew this was cheating/would not go over well as he lies to the girl about who he is meeting up with and asks footage of them (him and the other girl) talking together to be deleted. The character is sad at first but is soon comforted by friends and at the end of the episode feels much better and is no longer shown sad over the boyfriend.
The boyfriend is shown a couple of times after the cheating/breakup episodes (S1E5, S1E6) , but nothing confrontational or touched on for more than a few seconds. I think he may not be shown again after season 1 or 2 (don't remember for sure but he is not part of any major plots after this event).
S1E5, S1E6 SPOILERS: Skylar is accepted into Rainbow High, along with her "boyfriend" Colin. Skylar thinks that she and her boyfriend are still together while Colin has said they should "take things chill" (this is not mentioned until after the cheating part and it is implied to the viewer they are a couple). Colin goes to a dance and asks another girl (Ruby) to the dance, while also being with Skylar at the dance. The dance is referred to as date night a couple of times, and Colin becomes uncomfortable when a blogging friend films him with Ruby (the second girl he is with at the dance) and asks for the film to be deleted. It is clear to the viewer he knows that his actions may be taken as wrong since he is trying to hide them and even lies to Skylar about seeing a "guy friend" he's going to say hi to when he goes over to the second girl. Skylar finds out about Colin asking another girl out to the dance when she goes to meet up with her friends (she is also friends with Ruby) and Ruby introduces Colin as her date. They all recently started school, so not all of her friends had meet her boyfriend yet. Ruby did not intend to be on a date with her friend's boyfriend and is shown to be visibly taken aback and even a bit angry when she finds out.
The main confrontation part goes as follows:
Skylar (in previous episode, cliffhanger ending): Your date?! That's my boyfriend
Ruby: Colin, what is going on? Is Skylar your girlfriend?
Colin: No, Sky, we talked about this. We said we'd hang when we got to Rainbow High, but we'd keep things chill.
Skylar: Yeah, keep things chill. That doesn't mean breakup.
Colin makes a face implying that is what he meant, and then Skylar runs away crying.
All the friends are very supportive of Skylar. Ruby runs after Skylar and comforts her. She tells Skylar that she is never talking to Colin again and that she had no idea he was her boyfriend. They have a sweet moment with Ruby uplifting Skylar and touching up her makeup and outfit with her. When Skylar is hesitant to go back to the dance because Colin may be there Ruby says "It's not about him. It's our party too. We're going to go back and own it. You with me?" Skylar then feels better and goes back to the dance, meeting up with her other friends and is shown enjoying the rest of the night.

Not explicitly and no bodily harm. One character tries to give themselves a bad haircut when they are feeling upset (they feel they are a bad friend because they didn't submit an application to room with their best friend), but they are stopped by a friend and quickly are comforted. I would say it's appropriate for young viewers to see.

S2E12 (towards end) S2E13 (starts with and lasts until 3:35) No actual drowning, but there is an episode where a frozen lake breaks and leaves a character stranded on an ice chunk. She gets help, but does have to wait while others grab items for her to reach and pull the ice she is on closer to solid land. Some characters are shown a little panicked but the person on the ice is fairly calm considering the situation. She does not fall into the water. Characters do refer to this moment as a "crisis" and "emergency". In the end they all continue to enjoy snow activities after taking a break.
