Towards the end of the movie (around 1:22:48), it's a very quick scene (under 10 seconds) and hard to even tell it's v*mit unless you look at the dashboard afterwards, but when it actually happens its not very graphic (its more like he's spitting out water). You'll know when it's about to happen as it's right after something gory happens in the backseat of the car.
