You can shoot a wolf with an arrow in chapter 3, but you have the option not to if you just wait out the time. (you are encouraged in the game not to hurt it)
also a goat is chained up and treated badly by goblins, but you have the option to save him. (chapter 2)
not sure if this counts, but there are eyes outside of their sockets as a challenge in chapter 1. these aren't human eyes however some of them look human.
I suppose so? A male character does a lot of feminine activities in chapter 3, and this is played for laughs. I can't remember if there is a joke specifically about a dress, but the premise of "feminine men = rideculeable and funny" is still there.
not real drugs, but powders and potions are used. at one point the main character puts a powder on another characters food without them knowing causing them to sleep. you have to do this to progress the game (chapter 1)
