Children are just as likely to die in The Hotel as any adult. Child deaths are implied (and are implied to be pretty brutal) but are never outright described. 2.1 is about (the zombie-esque creature of?) a baby who was neglected and starved to death.

The latter half of season 4 heavily involves a character with an eye hanging out of its socket (which is mentioned to describe their appearance a few times). In 5.12 a characters’ eye is cut and then thrown out of its socket (not really graphic but there is some audio)

4.2 is about a woman who has run away/is in hiding from a violent abuser (it’s never mentioned what her relationship is with this person).

Most episodes involve some kind of body horror (which either comes in the form of people being mutilated or characters literally changing forms into grotesque creatures).

Not *squashed*, but a characters’ head is bashed in (episode X-X) (she gets better) and the injury is described often afterwards as a defining physical feature.

There is a character (mentioned a few times, appears once (so far) with audio) that is literally an amalgam of every bug (and rat and such) that inhabits The Hotel. Another character is typically accompanied by the sounds of buzzing flies whenever she appears (S5). Maggots are occasionally mentioned in regards to eating rotting characters. There’s a cockroach mentioned in The Ship, but the scene is pretty cute in comparison with the rest of these.

Skip “We Found The Hotel” if drowning audio is triggering to you, there is a very graphic scene that lasts around 30 seconds to a minute.
1.8 has a slightly triggering description of a character drowning (/asphyxiating?) in slime. The Mall has a character almost drown in a fountain (slightly triggering as well). 4.14 involves characters drowning in blood (not very graphic).

Entire families are mentioned being in The Hotel on a few occasions. I’m pretty sure their deaths are never explicitly described.

Not entirely sure how much this counts, but a character smokes a ton of cigarettes (I’m talking like an entire room’s worth) to death in 1.15.

4.2’s Broduer clearly suffers from PTSD due to domestic abuse. The Lobby Boy definitely has trauma at the very least.

Suicide is never explicitly described, but certain characters are implied to commit off-screen (1.3, The Owner - II) and it can be a bit disturbing.

Pretty much every time The Lobby Boy is narrating (3.5, 3.8, X-X, 4.18 are the main episodes (that I remember) where it happens). The very beginning of The New Crew 1.1 also has a slightly triggering panic attack happen.

The latter half of 4.15 is EXTREMELY graphic in its descriptions of a claustrophobic environment (specifically being trapped within wood). I don’t have claustrophobia and this one was triggering to me, so definitely skip if it’s a problem for you. Besides that, most of the series involves characters being trapped in a place that they can’t leave, and can come off as a bit claustrophobic.

1.14 has some kind of apparitions (not entirely sure what they are). 4.5/4.6 involves a character experiencing visions that can be interpreted as ghostly in nature. 4.7 involves ghost-like “shadow” entities.

Vomit is mentioned a few times (1.4, 1.8, The Carnival, The Road Trip) but is never heard (and obviously never shown). Not triggering at all unless the word (/brief descriptions) bothers you.

Most guests are subjected to extreme pain and injury before they inevitably die. A character in season 4/5 is held captive and tortured (it’s not particularly graphic, although her injuries are described in 5.11).

There is no discrimination as The Hotel kills everyone who enters, but 4.3’s Haber’s are implied to be a gay couple (however, one of their genders’ is never mentioned and is left ambiguous, so make of that what you will).

The Staff are non-human (not entirely sure what you would call them though) and consistently die (season 3 is rather graphic in regards to this, and season 4 has almost every episode end with them rotting alive). They get better though :)
