It’s not exactly vomit but at the end, a man’s mouth is foaming pretty heavily, it’s very graphic, and goes on for quite a while. When you see a man with his neck tied with wires and some white on his mouth, it starts at that point, and gets very graphic as scenes go on. Wasn’t particularly triggering for me but definitely can be for others.
